Privacy policy

This policy covers klickklar.ch and enquiries sent to the email address shown on this website. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.

2. Website visits and hosting
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit, your browser sends technical data to the hosting provider. This includes your IP address, date and time, the requested page or file, browser and operating system information and, where applicable, the previous page visited (referrer). The server also records the status of the request.
This data is used to deliver the website, operate it securely and resolve technical errors. As the hosting provider, Infomaniak processes technical access and error logs. According to Infomaniak, these logs are retained for at least seven days; the specific technical retention period depends on the hosting service.

3. Contact by email
When you email hilfe@klickklar.ch your email address and the information you provide are processed. This may include your name, location, information about your device and a description of your enquiry. This information is needed to respond and to discuss and arrange any support you request.
The email mailbox is also hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Messages may also be stored on the controller’s devices for handling your enquiry. Please do not send passwords or other login credentials by email.
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle them and for any subsequent work together. Statutory retention requirements and retention necessary to establish or defend legal claims remain applicable. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
4. Cookies and embedded services
We use Google Analytics 4 and the OpenAI Pixel only with your voluntary consent. Without consent, neither service is loaded and no measurement data is sent to Google or OpenAI. We store your choice locally in your browser for up to 180 days (klickklar-analytics-consent-v2). Fonts, images and other design elements are provided without embedded external font services, maps, videos or social media plugins.
Clicking an email link opens your own email application. The contents of a message are only transmitted to the recipient when you send it. Your email application and email provider process data under their own terms.
OpenAI Pixel (advertising measurement)
After your explicit consent, we also use the OpenAI Pixel to measure page views and email-link clicks. An email click indicates contact interest, not a sent enquiry or a customer. OpenAI receives event, usage and device data, the website origin and available click identifiers to attribute events to ChatGPT ads. Data may be processed in the USA. We do not pass email contents, subject lines or contact details as event parameters. OpenAI’s automatic advanced matching may detect supported customer information on the website, normalize and hash it in the browser, and use it for attribution.
The Pixel uses first-party cookies __oppref (up to 30 days) and __obref (up to 365 days). You can withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings”; further measurement stops and these cookies are deleted. Events opt out of future user-level personalization. Google Analytics
After your consent, we also collect campaign tags (UTM parameters) and, where present, Google advertising click identifiers from the visited link. This allows us to attribute visits and contact clicks to the relevant advertising. Other URL query parameters and URL fragments are not sent to Analytics.
With your consent, we also record clicks on email and phone links as contact interest. We record the contact method and the page visited, but no email contents, subject lines or phone numbers. A click does not mean that a message was sent or a call took place.
These statistics help us understand which pages are visited and how the website is used. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data includes page views, visit times, device and browser information, a cookie-generated identifier and the referring website. Google also receives your IP address when a connection is made; Google Analytics 4 does not store individual IP addresses. We do not transmit names, email addresses or the contents of your enquiries.
The _ga and _ga_1X4TG7N1T7 cookies are set with a lifetime of up to 60 days. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our integration. Measurement is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where applicable). You may change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Privacy settings” at the bottom of each page. Withdrawal stops further measurement and deletes the Analytics cookies. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. Recipients and data location
Infomaniak receives data as necessary to provide hosting and email services. The website and email data hosted there are stored in Switzerland. If you consent, Google receives the analytics data described above. Processing may take place outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the USA. Google Analytics is subject to the agreed Google data processing terms, including their safeguards for international data transfers.
6. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your personal data and correction of inaccurate information. Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may also request deletion, cessation of processing, or provision or transfer of your data. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.

7. Changes
This policy will be updated if the website or the data processing described here changes. The version published here applies.
Contact form
When you submit our contact form, Form.taxi (wrkt*biz Reinhard Söllradl, Eferding, Austria) processes and stores your name, email address and message and forwards them by email to hilfe@klickklar.ch so we can answer your enquiry. The service also processes technical details such as your IP address, browser type, referring website, date and time for delivery and spam protection.
Form.taxi lists Germany as its hosting location and uses Mailjet for email delivery. According to its privacy policy, the provider retains form contents for no longer than one year. We retain our copy of your enquiry for as long as necessary to handle it and meet any applicable retention obligations. You can alternatively contact us directly by email. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information.
