2. Website visits and hosting

The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit, your browser sends technical data to the hosting provider. This includes your IP address, date and time, the requested page or file, browser and operating system information and, where applicable, the previous page visited (referrer). The server also records the status of the request.

This data is used to deliver the website, operate it securely and resolve technical errors. As the hosting provider, Infomaniak processes technical access and error logs. According to Infomaniak, these logs are retained for at least seven days; the specific technical retention period depends on the hosting service.

3. Contact by email

When you email hilfe@klickklar.ch your email address and the information you provide are processed. This may include your name, location, information about your device and a description of your enquiry. This information is needed to respond and to discuss and arrange any support you request.

The email mailbox is also hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Messages may also be stored on the controller’s devices for handling your enquiry. Please do not send passwords or other login credentials by email.

Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle them and for any subsequent work together. Statutory retention requirements and retention necessary to establish or defend legal claims remain applicable. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.

4. Cookies and embedded services

The website code does not use cookies, local browser storage, analytics trackers or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and other design elements are provided without embedded external font services, maps, videos or social media plugins.

Clicking an email link opens your own email application. The contents of a message are only transmitted to the recipient when you send it. Your email application and email provider process data under their own terms.

5. Recipients and data location

Infomaniak receives data as necessary to provide hosting and email services. The website and email data hosted there are stored in Switzerland. The website does not embed services that transmit visitor data to other providers for advertising or analytics.

6. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your personal data and correction of inaccurate information. Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may also request deletion, cessation of processing, or provision or transfer of your data. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.
