  1. Tell me what you need.Email me with the device or task you would like help with and your town or area. No technical knowledge is needed.
  2. We discuss the appointment and costs.We agree on the scope and cost of the support before the appointment.
  3. We practise together.I explain each step on your own device. You can try it yourself and ask questions at any time.
